None of the respondents indicated having statewide policies for preschool RTI. The largest sector (31%) indicated that “Some RTI implementation has begun” compared to 23% (“No discussion of RTI”) and another 23% where “Some preliminary discussions are taking place. Nineteen percent indicate that some professional development has begun. Only 4% reported full implementation was occurring.
